- Stocked I-joists and LVL are readily available for quick shipment to local projects.
- Stocked I-joists and LVL are typically inventoried in depths of 9.5”, 11.88”, 14” and 16”. I-joist flange widths can vary from 1.75” to 3.5” depending on the manufacturer.
- Stocked I-joists are used in a variety of residential and commercial building types depending on spans and loads.
- National Building Systems provides custom I-joists manufactured by Web Joist Northwest Corporation in Chehalis, Washington are available for shipment nationwide.
- Custom I-joists utilize various grades of 2 x 4 solid-sawn flange and OSB web materials. The I-joists are made in depths from 11.88” , and 14"through 28” in two-inch increments.
- Custom tapered I-joists are available for low slope roof applications.
- Custom I-joists are commonly used in commercial floor and roof applications or in custom homes where superior performance is desired.
